A very insightful piece by Noel Wicks, who I had the pleasure of meeting recently - and of course we discussed the topic of pharmacy home delivery in depth. 

My view is that if you can understand and control your costs - especially working with a partner who can deliver your goods and services for you - then you can retain (and grow) a market share without the need to uplift your prices. And who knows, with the right volume, density and efficiencies, perhaps home delivery doesn't need to be as big a burden and distraction for pharmacies after all?
